A common fear among prospective franchisees is that they don’t have the experience necessary to open their own senior care franchise. You might think that you need to have worked in the home care or healthcare industry before, but that’s not the case. Plenty of our franchisees have launched successful senior care franchises without any experience whatsoever. This is largely thanks to our step by step franchising process, which ensures that you’re prepared for the responsibility of owning a franchise, as well as our extensive training and support system designed to give you the tools you need to succeed and answer all your questions along the way.
The Process
Before you join our team as a new franchisee, you’ll go through our Discovery Process, which is designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of the Senior Helpers brand and how we operate. We not only want you to feel prepared to undertake the opportunity but also to be confident that Senior Helpers is a good fit for you. As you move through the process of becoming a Senior Helpers franchise owner, you’ll have an introductory call to review the general investment and give you all the information you need about our company. You will also be given a complete overview of our training opportunities, and what support is offered to our franchisees. We will give you a thorough breakdown of our marketing and IT teams, and how you can take advantage of both, as well as the opportunity to ask questions to address any concerns you may have. By the time you interview with our senior management and meet the team at our corporate headquarters, you’ll be feeling more confident than ever about your investment, and the prospect of starting your own senior care franchise.
Training and Support
Our training and support offerings are integral to the preparedness of our franchisees before starting their senior care franchise, and to their continued success after their doors open. Our Senior Helpers University is an organized educational program, specially tailored to address the training needs of franchise and staff members. We encourage all new franchisees to take advantage of this helpful resource, to learn how to more quickly train employees, and grow their business. Even after you’ve opened for business, we offer continued access to webinars, conference calls, and other educational media. Owners and caregivers alike will receive the necessary training to continue to perform their duties at a high level.
